Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Scope and contracting party
These terms govern consumer purchases and use of the Aftercharts web application. The contracting party is Aftercharts LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States.
2. Product and beta
Aftercharts is a trading journal in active beta. Features may be incomplete, contain errors, change or be discontinued. Product illustrations and mockups are not promises of specific functionality. Aftercharts does not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
3. Lifetime access
Beta access is advertised at a one-time €19.99; the price shown at checkout is binding. A future regular price of €99 is planned, but no price-change date is promised. “Lifetime” means the operating lifetime of the Aftercharts product, not the user's lifetime and not a guarantee of perpetual operation. The licence is personal, limited and non-transferable. A displayed beta cohort of 50 licences describes the offer limit and is not a live count of remaining places.
4. Order, Whop and taxes
Where the offered checkout directs you to Whop, checkout and payment are handled there. The contract is formed through the steps shown at checkout and order confirmation. Prices are one-time payments; applicable taxes may be calculated and shown at checkout. Whether Whop acts as merchant of record or payment provider is stated in the checkout, receipt and Whop terms.
5. Digital content and withdrawal
A statutory right of withdrawal for digital content expires early only if every legal prerequisite is met, including express consent to begin early, acknowledgement of losing the right, and the required contract confirmation. If a prerequisite is missing, statutory rights remain. See the Right of Withdrawal page.
6. Availability and changes
We provide the agreed digital service, not uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, force majeure and beta defects may cause downtime. Necessary updates may be made; mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
7. User duties and suspension
Accounts may not be shared, unlawfully automated, attacked or misused. Where there is a concrete abuse or security concern, we may proportionately suspend access and provide notice where possible and lawful. Permanent termination requires good cause or the applicable contractual and legal process. Mandatory refund and conformity rights remain unaffected.
8. Export and deletion
You may request export or deletion using available app tools or hello@aftercharts.com. Export data before closing an account. Payment or evidence records subject to legal retention may be excluded from deletion.
9. Refunds and product shutdown
Refunds follow mandatory law, the withdrawal notice, checkout terms accepted at purchase, and any expressly offered goodwill policy. We do not promise an automatic refund whenever the product is discontinued. If permanently discontinued, we will give reasonable notice and an export opportunity where practicable; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
10. Liability and changes
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires. For slight negligence affecting an essential obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical loss. Changes will not apply retroactively to your detriment; material changes will be communicated reasonably.
