Right to withdraw

You generally have fourteen days from contract formation to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify Aftercharts LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States, hello@aftercharts.com, with an unequivocal statement. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.

Early expiry for digital content

The right expires early only after performance begins and you have expressly consented to beginning before the deadline, acknowledged that this causes loss of the right, and received the legally required contract confirmation. Purchase or login alone is not enough. Early expiry therefore applies only where the checkout and confirmation process records these declarations separately and verifiably; otherwise the statutory right remains.

Effects

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving notice, generally using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, subject to lawful exceptions.
